Netstech Software Solutions ("we", "us", "our") built the Learn Java mobile app ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles. In short: we do not collect, store on our servers, sell or share any personal information.
1. Information we collect
The App does not require an account or sign-in, and it does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or any other personal data. We do not collect any information about you.
2. Information stored on your device
To remember your learning progress, the App saves the following only on your own device:
- which lessons you marked or completed,
- your best quiz scores,
- the last lesson you opened,
- your theme preference (light, dark or automatic).
This data never leaves your device and we cannot access it. You can erase it at any time with Progress → Reset progress in the App, or by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App.
3. Internet use, analytics and advertising
All lessons, exercises, quizzes and the cheat sheet are included in the App and work offline. The App does not send data over the internet, does not contain advertising, and does not use analytics, tracking or crash-reporting services.
4. Device features and permissions
- Clipboard: when you tap "Copy" on a code sample, that code is placed on your clipboard. The App does not read your clipboard.
- Vibration: the App may give short haptic feedback when you answer quiz questions.
5. Third parties
We do not share information with third parties because we do not collect any. The App is built with open-source frameworks (Ionic, Angular and Capacitor) that run locally on your device.
6. Children's privacy
The App is suitable for learners of all ages. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Security
Your progress is stored in the App's private storage on your device and is protected by your device's own security features.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed, and updates are posted on this page. If our practices change, for example by adding online features, we will update this policy before those features are released.
