VoIP (Voice over IP) sends phone calls over your internet or office network instead of traditional phone lines. A VoIP phone system, usually built on an IP PBX, gives every employee an extension, links your branches as if they were one office and cuts call costs, especially for inter-branch and international calls. It also adds features that used to be expensive: call recording, IVR menus, voicemail to email, call queues and softphone apps on mobiles and laptops.
Poor VoIP quality is almost always a network problem. That is why we design the whole system: structured cabling, PoE switches, quality-of-service settings and corporate WiFi that can carry voice. Our IT infrastructure team also installs CCTV, access control and server rooms, so everything is planned together instead of patched.
We design WiFi for offices, schools, hotels, showrooms and shopping areas with proper coverage planning, guest networks, user limits and monitoring. Good WiFi design means fewer dead zones and fewer calls to IT.
You get one team for planning, installation and support, and an annual maintenance contract if you want predictable costs; see server and cloud management. If you are comparing options or need an independent opinion first, our IT consultancy team can help.

VoIP installation sets up a business phone system that makes calls over your network or the internet. It includes the IP PBX, IP phones, call routing, extensions, and the network and cabling that carry the calls.
Savings come mainly from cheaper inter-branch and international calls and from removing separate phone lines. The amount depends on your call volume, which we estimate during the site survey.
In most cases yes. We connect your existing lines or move numbers to SIP trunking, depending on your provider.
Call quality depends on bandwidth and stability. We check your connection, set quality-of-service and can add a backup link, so voice stays clear.
Yes. We install structured cabling, PoE switches and corporate WiFi together with the phone system so everything works as one network.
